1. Tariff-based payment
We attach great importance to remunerating our employees according to the collective bargaining agreement.
2. Car with private use on top
From home to the company, so that you can then continue from there by car. The shorter way is often the better way – for everyone. This is why our employees can usually take their company car home with them on the way to work. The 1% rule applies (for electric cars 0.25%)
3. Children are sacred to us / compatibility of job and family
In our outpatient care service, we are happy if you have children and strive to adapt your working hours flexibly to your family circumstances.
4. No double services
We know how exhausting double duty is. That is why we try to avoid double duty as much as possible in order to give our employees a good balance between work and life. However, exceptions are known to confirm the rule, and in rare cases there may be double duty.
5. Good training and further education opportunities
In our outpatient nursing service, we offer a wide range of further training opportunities. These include palliative care training, an annual training plan and popular first aid courses with practical exercises. In addition, we also offer online training courses that can be completed conveniently from home.
6. High social skills, appreciative cooperation & open communication
We focus on open communication, high social skills and appreciative cooperation. We attach great importance to having an open ear for problems and promoting appreciative communication throughout the team.
7. Strong team spirit
There is a strong sense of togetherness in our team. For example, we celebrate the farewell of a long-time colleague who is retiring together and support each other by filling in or swapping shifts. We also take enough time for thorough training for new employees in the team in order to ensure a smooth start.
8. We train!
In cooperation with partner schools, we offer well-founded general nursing training to become a nursing specialist. Our dedicated practical instructors support the trainees during the practical training phases and ensure professional support on the way to successful completion. With us you have the opportunity to complete solid training in a supportive and team-oriented environment.
