Unser ambulantes Pflegeteam Bliev to Huus gibt es seit mittlerweile fast 30 Jahren in Kiel. In dieser Zeit haben wir bereits sehr viel wertvolle Erfahrungen im Umgang mit unseren Kunden \u2013 aber auch im Umgang untereinander im Team \u2013 sammeln k\u00f6nnen. Uns liegt sehr viel an einem verst\u00e4ndnisvollen Umgang auf Augenh\u00f6he und wir w\u00fcrden uns freuen, wenn du Interesse hast, unser gro\u00dfartiges Team als Pflegefachkraft (m\/w\/d) zu unterst\u00fctzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Unlike in the clinic, you have a fixed group of patients with us. We prefer to call them customers because many have been with us for many years. This brings the team and customers together and promotes both the quality of care\/support and interaction with each other.     What your tasks will consist of:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    • Care and nursing of patients in the home environment<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Implementation of basic and treatment care<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Administration of medication and administration of infusions<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Monitoring and documentation of the health status of patients<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Cooperation with doctors, therapists and relatives<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Assistance in the organization and implementation of activities and therapies<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Advice and support for patients and relatives in nursing and social matters<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
